I’ve lived many lives in this one lifetime.
Born and raised in Colombia, I carry the medicine of my ancestors and the stories of survival, strength, and awakening. A childhood marked by trauma taught me how to fight, stay silent, and make myself small, but even in the darkest moments, Spirit whispered to me. And eventually, I began to listen.
My healing began as I became a mother, experienced heartbreak, grieved losses, and awakened to the wisdom of my lineage. I chose to let Spirit route the way, reclaiming my voice, my power, and my path.
Today, I walk as a warrior, mother, medicine woman, and space holder, guiding others to remember who they are through ancestral healing, sacred movement, and community-rooted transformation.
As the founder of Spirit Routes, I’ve curated transformational retreats and spiritual journeys across Spain, Mexico, Colombia, and Egypt, weaving together ancestral medicine, intentional sisterhood, and embodied healing.

Daniel Verdad is a beloved teacher and ceremonial guide who serves our community with devotion. Raised in a small village in central Mexico, Danny grew up immersed in healing, spirit, and everyday miracles forming a lineage that continues to nurture the mind, body, and soul.
With a background in teaching and public speaking, he bridges ancestral wisdom with modern insight, rooted in the Toltec tradition. His words carry universal truths and his presence invites remembrance.
