Waiver of Liability
By attending a Spirit Routes retreat, ceremony, or private session, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
• You voluntarily participate in activities that may include emotional, energetic, or spiritual release and assume full responsibility for your health and safety.
• You have disclosed any relevant health concerns and understand that some offerings may not be appropriate for certain medical conditions.
• You release Spirit Routes, its facilitators, partners, and collaborators from any and all liability for injury, loss, damage, or harm resulting from your participation.
• You agree that you have not been coerced and are participating from your own free will, with the understanding of what these offerings entail.
• You understand that no medical advice is given and that any practices, tools, or recommendations are offered from a spiritual perspective only.
Photo & Video Consent
During our gatherings, we may capture moments of ceremony and community through photos or video. These images may be used for promotional or educational purposes by Spirit Routes. By participating, you consent to being photographed or recorded unless you request otherwise in writing before the event.
